Terms of Agreement

By using this website and/or purchasing any product or service from HubAviation LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by our Terms of Agreement, including policies and conditions referenced herein.

  • Payment: Payments made on our site are processed by Stripe. Please refer to Stripe’s terms of use for any questions regarding online transactions.
  • No physical products: We do not sell any physical products on our site. Payments made are for our services.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Modifications will be effective as soon as they are published on our website.

Cancellation Conditions

  • You may cancel your order or subscription within seven (7) days from the date of purchase provided you have completed less than 10% of the course content or submitted fewer than three (3) practice tests.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at elearning@hubavia.com or via your HubAviation LLC customer account.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

  • Refund eligibility is determined based on your course activity, specifically if you have completed less than 10% of the course or submitted fewer than three (3) practice tests.

Refund Procedure

  • Submit your refund request via email to elearning@hubavia.com, clearly stating your order number and the reason for your refund request.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 48 business hours.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If more than 10% of the course has been completed or three (3) or more practice tests have been submitted.

  • If the refund request is made beyond seven (7) days after the purchase date.
